Primary Investment Objective

The primary investment objective of The Wellness Fund is to achieve substantial long-term capital returns through private and public equity investments providing growth and expansion capital to companies in

the Health and Wellness sector. This space is the intersection between

the food & beverage industry and the life science industry, with emphasis on the medical devices arena, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals and related consumer products or services. The potential here is driven by consumer trends toward healthier lifestyles and nutrition, and the ageing population. These investments will principally be made into private companies but

may also be made into public companies traded on UK and other

European public exchanges. The Wellness Fund is targeting an IRR in excess of 17%.
