An applicant company's management must be prepared to travel to meetings in order to support work on any investment application, and also accept that developing investment proposals is necessarily a time-consuming process.
On acceptance of an offer, your company may be asked to pay a Commitment Fee, which would be on a scale related to the proposed investment value.
The costs of due diligence and the legal process will be paid out of the investment, excepting abort costs which will be met by the Fund.
