Welcome to The Wellness Fund
The Wellness Fund is a Socially Responsible Investment Fund dedicated to investing in public and private companies in the European Economic Area (EEA) which operate in "Pro-Active" Healthcare , often known as the “Wellness” sector. The Fund’s portfolio managers are based in London. We are a multi-faceted and entrepreneurial investment group focusing principally on “Growth Equity”. The Fund is designed to bridge the gap between Venture Capital and Management Buyouts. We are an experienced group of individuals whose philosophy is grounded in the passionate belief that businesses can make a significant and positive contribution to peoples’ health and wellbeing whilst also making profits.
The Fund has streamlined its investment process to include an initial web-based application that helps entrepreneurs identify and provide the essential information that The Wellness Fund needs for timely decision making. Our investment focus uses our 7 Differentiators - the “Golden Bridges” - applied to the Wellness sector, putting this philosophy into action every day.
At The Wellness Fund we are not just investors, we are partners. Our investment managers have between them more than 150 years of private equity/venture capital-related experience, none less than 10 years. They each have undergone one or more of the key experiences of being company founders, executives, owners, investors, portfolio managers, corporate finance advisors and/or taken companies public or guided them through mergers or acquisitions. We understand the Venture value chain, as between us at different times we have been on all "sides of the private equity table”, both operationally and financially.
Our passion is to make a difference. Our entrepreneurial spirit and our hands on experience are some of the many reasons why we believe we can be an ideal partner for entrepreneurs and investors alike in this sector. We have all learned first hand the value of hard work and innovation, striving against the odds and following a dream.
